Steps to Sand – 2BR Beach Vibes + Bikes & BBQ

It was great ,very peaceful and quiet.

Very clean! Beautiful view of the ocean but some heavy equipment moved in and made somewhat of an eyesore. But still beautiful view. Very close to the beach. We absolutely loved the condo! My only complaint is I wish they provided more trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Would recommend getting the upstairs condo. You can hear stomping above you in the lower unit, especially if little kids. Lover having our own washer/dryer!!

The place was beautiful and clean with a great view! Check in was easy. Sitting on the porch listening to the ocean was relaxing. The beds were comfortable which made my sleep very peaceful. The use of the beach chairs and wagon was a great added necessity, considering we flew in and didn’t have any of that stuff. It was a short walk to the private beach area, so that was very convenient.

You can’t beat the location! They thought of everything. Don’t let the limited description of the property for you, the kitchen has everything you need in it. We have stayed in some very high-end places in the keys before and the kitchen hasn’t had what this kitchen has. Had they also have all the beach necessities you need from towels to toys to a cart to take it to the beach.

Newer construction and spotless! Our host was responsive and provided clear instructions. We appreciated their thoroughness. The location was exceptional. We had a great vacation and would happily come.back.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Besonders hat uns die Veranda mit Blick aufs Meer gefallen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ich habe mehrmals gekocht und es war alles vorhanden was man dazu brauchte. Super war auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, die Liegestühle, der Sonnenschirm und der Wagen mit dem man alles an den Strand transportieren konnte. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

The condo was beautiful…all furnishing and condo newly remodeled. Very peaceful at end of Manasota Key near Stump Pass Beach State Park. No access to the beach directly across the street from condo but a short distance down the street to deeded access. 2 minute walk to the beach. Did a lot of beach fishing and caught many different variety of fish! Road bikes in to local restaurants on the key for dinner!

Our stay was excellent. The house is in a beautiful location and everything inside is new and freshly renovated. The house is well appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host communicated well and was very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our week staying in this house on Manasota Key.

I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. My kids loved finding shark teeth (we found 64) and playing in the surf. The host provided beach chairs a wagon and some limited beach toys that we enjoyed using. The wagon made the 2 minute short walk to the beach convenient and easy. The house itself was clean when we arrived. The front porch gave nice views for sunsets and drinks.

This is a newly remodeled apartment with view of the ocean. Everything was spotless, and bedrooms, bathroom, have everything new. New appliances. Easy to get to and easy to communicate with the host.

The only thing that we would like to note is that the properties in front of the building, even though there are no homes there, have No Trespassing Signs. There is no beach access unless you go through those properties or go to Stump Beach.
