This was a wonderful experience for my family. The house was so nice. It looks like it has been renovated and everything is super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and every day dishes. There were extra bedding supplies as well. The boat dock was excellent for our 26ft bay boat. It was so convenient. The kids loved the pool area as well. We plan to come back again in the future. The rental company made it super easy for checking in and out. Overall extremely pleased with the entire experience.

We stayed at the Venice Villas and it was great. Love the location right on the beach and wonderful pool. We found lots of sharks teeth and shells. Even saw 5 manatees cruise by the shallows for us. I've been vacationing at the villas for over 35 years and first time seeing manatees swim by, very cool.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Englewood beach at the El Galeon. The condo we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and spacious and well appointed. It had a veranda with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay. The pool was clean and inviting. Englewood beach is a short walk across the street and all the restaurants and island shops are within walking distance. The rental process through Gulf Coast Vacations was easy and they provided clear instructions. We've been coming to Englewood beach for 10 years and have never been disappointed (except when we have to leave).

I've been enjoying the resorts offered by Gulf Coast vacations for years. They underwent a name rebranding merge during the 10/2024 hurricane, which damaged my reserved unit 6 months out, in my favorite place. With their local guidance, they went above to offer me a wonderful replacement destination a few miles down the coast. It was a fabulous new experience!
I am excited to see the renovations when I return to my favorite place. Hopefully the hurricanes steer clear for many years.
Ian helped with my reservation changes. He was an expert in the area and eased my mind with changing locations. The new destination had gulf and bay access, so we decided to rent a boat and tour the new Milton pass made from the hurricane. We had a great time. I called to ask questions about docking the boat and check in and out times to fit our schedule. The representatives were very helpful, communicated well and efficiently. I prefer to leave the resorts I've stayed unnamed for fear of popularity on my future stays, but I love the Gulf and anywhere on the Florida gulf coast is a great place to be.
The units I've stayed are clean, comfortable, well appointed and have the amenities that you choose based on your budget.

We’ve been working with Donna and Kayla for a few years and they’re fabulous.Our renters have been returning year after year and love working with them as well.One renter had a problem with a microwave and Kayla went shopping and replaced it the same day. Their goal is to make the renters happy which in turn is what we owners want.

They were super helpful in helping the four of us find a place after that terrible hurricane all but demolished Manasota Key. They have a great attitude and care about their clients. That's not something that can be said for all such organizations.

Great vacation rental. Beautiful lanai with pool and modern kitchen . Very convenient neighborhood. Rental group readily available with support if needed like teaching us to use u tube tv!

This house was amazing & a perfect home for our family vacation.
We had plenty of room to spread out, and the pool was a welcome relief after a fun day at the beach.
The house had everything we needed, from a well equipped kitchen to beach towels, toys & a wagon to help get all our supplies to the beach!
The location was excellent, located close to restaurants, shopping & public beach. We didn't need the public beach because our private beach was a short & safe walk from the house.
From our dock we had manatees & dolphins to entertain us daily!
If we got up early we could watch the sunrise from the dock & every night we walked to the beach to watch spectacular gulf coast sunsets!
The staff members we worked with at Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals were all so friendly & helpful.

Very comfortable, spacious condo with all the amenities needed. The pool was a little too warm for our taste, but it was still very nice. Easy walk across the street to the beach...a wonderful plus. Sunsets, seashell walks, swimming in the waves. Nice place to vacation.

Unit was comfortable & clean. They could use a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan . Also a 9x12 Pyrex pan would be nice to have.

If I could give Gulf Coast Vacations 10 stars I would! Many of the people there have been managing our condo for years and we have never been disappointed. They handle everything on the renters end and on the owners end. But, they also keep us informed via an owners portal, email or phone call. All of the people we have worked with at Gulf Coast Vacations are prompt to return and respond to any of our emails or phone calls. They are professional but also very friendly.

Gulf Coast Vacations does the advertising to get our condo rented. They handle booking the renters and taking the deposit and final payment for our unit. They notify us via email to check the owners portal that there is a recent booking. We are notified via email that a direct deposit for rent has been deposited into our account. We are also able to print reports monthly from the owners portal.

Gulf Coast Vacations also handles any issues that come up while our unit is rented. If something needs to be repaired, they will schedule service. If an appliance needs to be replaced, I can order it or if I want them to order it they will and they also will handle being there for delivery and installation. They take care of opening the unit up when renters are arriving and they are also responsible for having our unit cleaned after their stay.

We have not been at our condo since before 2019. Therefore I hadn't had a chance to reorganize or replace items that had some normal wear and tear. Our condo had some damage to the windows from Hurricane Milton. But our HOA did not start to make any repairs until early December. In the beginning of December Donna from Gulf Coast Vacations went into our unit to make a plan of what needed to be done when the HOA finished their part. Donna took pictures and a video and made a list and then we discussed what needed to be done. The list was long. Not only did our unit need a deep clean but it needed to be reorganized and have some new items purchased. All of which Gulf Coast Vacations would be handling.

When Donna from Gulf Coast Vacations was finally able to get into our unit, she had 12 days to get it ready for renters on January 1st. Those 12 days included Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve. The original list was long, but when Donna got into our unit she found that we needed new living room furniture and vertical blinds. She was quickly able to get someone out to measure, order and install the blinds which are the entire length of one wall. She then went furniture shopping and took me along via Face Time on her cell phone. I was able to pick out the furniture that I liked. Donna shopped and replaced items that needed to be replaced. She also washed and dried all of the new bedding and towels at her house before bring them to our unit. Plus the unit was deep cleaned during that time frame. I was kept abreast of everything that was happening during that time. Donna kept assuring me that everything would be completed in time and it was. Having Donna being part of the company that managed our condo for so many years, I knew I could trust her when she said it would all be done in time.
