9th-Floor Beach Condo Gulf Views & Heated Pools

First - the bad:The unit could use a little TLC. It was kind of worn and very dusty-maybe from fewer rentals in the summer? The paint could use a touch-up, and the furniture is pretty aged. The patio furniture is old, a little dirty, and uncomfortable. The fabric on the rocker in the living room has a large stain where the back of your head goes. We just put a towel over it. Now, the GREAT-Honestly, we still LOVED this unit. It is right on the GULF with amazing views. The bed was very comfortable, the main TV quite large, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom appeared to have a new shower, and we LOVED the adjustable shower head. The AC was nice and cold, and there were plenty of extra towels and sheets. There was a wagon for the beach with an umbrella, chairs, coolers, and towels. The pool was very clean and the laundry only $2.00 a load with plenty of machines. WE loved the bottle of mango wine waiting for us upon arrival. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our accommodations so much! Dennis was very welcoming and we felt right at home! The views of the gulf were one of my favorite things - you could see the gulf while laying on the couch!! The condo decor was a plus for a sea side feel vacation. The pools were clean with easy access. One of my best stays in Bonita!! We can't wait to come back.

Great unit overlooking the beach from the balcony and also great sunsets views from that balcony. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

This place was amazing! We went in June, and it was gorgeous! Fit our entire family, the beach chars, Umbrella and towels were great to have at our hands! Loved staying here!

If you're looking for the perfect place for a beach vacation, you found it right here. The location is absolutely amazing. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the gulf was so relaxing, it made it hard to leave the building. The room and all of the appliances were very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with just about every utensil you can think of. The longest part about the walk to the beach was waiting for the elevator, otherwise it's literally right across the street. The Host also provides a plethora of beach gear. From chairs to coolers, they give you everything that you need.

The proximity to Ft. Myers Beach and the traffic that comes with it is the only negative thing I can think of, but you can't spell Florida without Traffic. Everything usually settles down after 10pm ish, but before that there's a constant flow of cars. Other than that, the place is perfect. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Location, location, location. Literally steps from the beach and a pool onsite. Comes with a wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs to use. Small space, but perfect for a couples trip. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook if you choose. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Great space for one or two people. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Very beautiful corner apartment with Gulf views. we listened to the found of the waves every night and we're lucky to have perfect weather. We had everything we needed and had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Recommended

Great view and sunsets! Quiet location even with restaurant across the street!

My Husband and I had an enjoyable stay with all the amenities that were listed. We made use of the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels that are provided. Paper products were available and although I didn’t use any of the cleaning supplies (laundry det) it was available.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view was beautiful. The beaches were clean and the locals were very friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. The views from the balcony are more incredible rhan your photos depicted, especially the sunsets! The unit is tastefully decorated with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back. We look forward to seeing the property in it's full glory.
The only negative issue was the invasion of the typical small black ants. We got it under control within a couple of days by keeping all food items in the fridge, keeping the counter well cleaned and aggressively killing all that we saw. By the time we left it was down to one or two per day. We understand that it is Florida and they are everywhere, have to take the bad with the good.

Excelente ubicación. Aun están con algunas secuelas del huracán pero son mínimas. Bien equipado, tienen todo lo necesario para la playa, primeros auxilios, cuidado personal y hasta agua embotellada en el refrigerador.Departamento muy bueno y el anfitrión muy atento y amable.
Se recomienda usar repelente de insectos ,si uno es alérgico, en el exterior a ciertas horas.

This condo is in an ideal location for visiting the beach which is a five minute walk away and for reaching destinations in Bonita Springs and along the Bonita Beach Road corridor. The view of the gulf and sunsets from the screened-in deck is superb. It was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen and beach equipment. We are very thankful that we could stay in this extremely comfortable unit and may want to rent it again in the future. We recommend it highly!

This was a lovely place to stay. The view is gorgeous and everything you might need for the beach is provided. The place was clean and we were able to access the pool. There was some construction tape from hurricane damage around the building which made entrance a bit confusing, but the unit was easily accessible. I wish we were informed that we were expected to wash our used towels at our expense prior to the day before check out. Other than that, the place was great.

Our “home away from home” was delightful! Very well equipped from kitchen thru bath. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances. Perfect for eating some meals in and plenty of places to eat out. Lots of fluffy towels and extra bedding, too! We enjoyed several days at the beach especially with the excellent equipment provided: chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cart to tote it all! The view from our deck was awesome! Watched the sunset nightly and enjoyed tea in the morning! Only complaint was laundry. Only two buildings have small laundry room. We were greatly surprised to learn, when receiving check out instructions that we were expected to launder all the towels we used (at our expense!). An inconvenience for sure. Also sad that the area still shows signs of prior hurricane destruction. We would have appreciated knowing that while there were two beautiful new swimming pools they were unavailable for our use. That being said, we absolutely enjoyed our visit and recommend!
